INTRODUCTION

My focus is always on you.

As a qualified coach, I specialise in 1-2-1 coaching, which can be Face to Face, or over Zoom/Teams platforms.
 

We will typically start our initial coaching relationship, with a short introductory, chemistry session/discussion, and will focus on how we can work together.
 

This will be followed by more in-depth sessions, developing a relationship of openness and trust. Specifically, during this time I will provide opportunities for you to talk, and think, while demonstrating active listening and occasional reflections.
 

In my work, my emphasis is always on you and your needs, checking your priorities and being led by you, throughout the conversation.
 

​Packages are normally 3, 6 or 12 sessions; each tend to last between 60 and 90 minutes on a fortnightly or monthly basis. I will create a bespoke package for you after we have had our initial discovery session (c 30 – 60 mins). 
 

MY APPROACH

Integrated & eclectic.

I would describe my approach to coaching as “integrated” or “eclectic.” I believe that way to be most helpful to my clients, but I will adapt my coaching style to meet your needs and presenting issue, and to work with you, as an individual.

 

I will draw on a range of evidence-based approaches, which include, but is not limited to - person centred, behavioural coaching, cognitive behavioural coaching, systemic coaching, motivational interviewing, and gestalt coaching.

Grow from a place of authenticity

Person-centred behavioural coaching (PCBC) brings together person-centred therapy and behavioural psychology. It focuses on helping you develop and achieve your goals by working on your behaviours, thoughts, and emotions.

 

In PCBC, I’ll work with you to map out your goals, values, and personal strengths. I’ll then help you develop a plan of action anchored in your values and what motivates you.

 

I’ll provide feedback and support as we work towards achieving your goals.
