Creating and running my business, for 20 years, was the most amazing, challenging, exhilarating, scary and lonely thing I have ever done.

I learned so much from the business environment, from the clients and people I worked with, and much of the success of my business was down to my management style; by engaging, supporting and listening to my team, whatever they needed.

But I didn’t have anyone to talk to, to think things through with. I didn’t know where I could get independent and impartial advice. So, when I found a coach to help me, the whole game changed.

And when I decided to move to becoming an Executive Coach, it seemed a natural progression, and it opened so many doors to me. Client Listening, Mentoring as well as Coaching. So amazing to see how people suddenly get that light bulb moment in our sessions.
